DC / DC Converters are required to provide an additional DC for power supply of ICs with different voltage than the battery voltage. Another frequent reason for using of DC converters are very high demands of critical loads to the stability of supply voltage.
Considering the using the device between battery and loads (with a different voltage than the battery) DC / DC converters – for improving power reliability – is designed as a standard unit with excess capacity and uniform modules load included in the converter.
